The Mascot Kiama softshell hi-vis jacket allows you to be seen no matter the weather. The softshell is really comfy and light and has both flourescent fabric and reflective strips. It fits snugly, yet is breathable and comes with fleece on the inner side for added comfort. There is a chest pocket with a zip for added storage or valuables. While there is also a hook and loop band fastening at the cuffs.
