Delivery Information 

Customer Notice: 

We’re busy making some exciting updates to our website to improve your overall shopper experience. During this time Click & Collect will be unavailable, and please allow up to 7 working days for Home Delivery orders. We apologise for any inconvenience. Our stores are open as normal and ready to assist you.​

The Delivery charges for all online purchases are as follows:  


Delivery charge of ‘Standard Items’ nationwide is €6* (multiple Standard items are allowed for this price). The items will be dispatched from our Woodie’s Online Store and delivered by our parcel delivery courier. You will be emailed a Tracking Number once your order has been dispatched. A Signature is required to receive the order.  

Large Items and Bulk Items are exempt from Free Delivery, as they require special handling.  


Delivery charge of ‘Large Items’ nationwide is €15. (multiple items are allowed for this price.)  This charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase. 


Delivery charge of 'Bulky Items' is €55. These large items require special handling, which incurs an additional fee. This charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

             
Only one ‘Delivery Charge’ will apply per online order. If you buy a €6 delivery item and a €15 delivery item, the €15 delivery charge will apply.        


The ‘Delivery Charge’ is primarily based on the weight of the item, but its dimensions and category can also impact the charge. 


We normally expect your order to be delivered within 2-5 working days. Products delivered directly from our suppliers may take up to a maximum of 10 working days. You will be notified at the checkout if any items in your basket are being sent from the supplier.  Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be deemed as being placed on the following Monday.  


We regret at present we cannot deliver on weekends or bank holidays. Our staff physically checks all goods prior to dispatch from the Woodie’s Online Store. If you believe there may be an issue with your product, please let us know as soon as possible. You may either bring it into one of our stores or visit our Contact Us page.  
A valid signature from your household will be required by a person 18 years or older. You will then become the owner of the items and Woodie’s will not be liable for their loss or destruction.    


Any deliveries do not include the facility to return any old electrical item. Old WEEE electrical items can be returned to any of our 35 stores nationwide, to your local recycling centre or email us to arrange collection. From the day of delivery you will have 30 days to return the ‘similar type’ product to our stores. Please ensure you keep your online order docket for the new electrical item and present this at the customer service.

We are unable to accept orders for delivery outside the island of Ireland or to islands surrounding the coast of Ireland.
