Looking to return an item? No problem! 

In-store purchases can be refunded or exchanged if items are returned in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. Customer are asked to retain their proof of purchase. The original receipt must be scanned as part of the refund/exchange process.  

If you’ve purchased something online at woodies.ie and wish to return it: 

• You can return your item(s) within 30 days to any of our 36 stores for a full refund or exchange, as long as the product it in its original, saleable condition. Just bring your receipt and the credit/debit card used for the purchase.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your credit card within 30 days.  
  
  

Please note if the product you purchased is faulty and within the warranty period or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate.  

Paint returns are accepted in-store only. Inflated Balloons, Mixed Paint, Plants, Roll-out Turf, Bryko Tonne Bags, Staffords Fuel Pallets and Installed Showers cannot be returned. 

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Returning an Available Online Only Item 

• Products marked "Available Online Only" are supplied directly by our suppliers and have a different returns process.
• To arrange a return, please contact our Customer Service team, quoting your order number.
• Our team will guide you through the next steps and help arrange your return.
