The DeWalt 18V XR planer has been constructed with a brushless motor, engineered for heavy-duty planing and material removal applications. A brushless motor which has been designed to run cooler and more efficiently, enabling for more power to be delivered during application, resulting in less wear and an increase in the tool life. The large twin blade drum with TCT blades offer a high quality surface finish. An ergonomic handle provides a comfortable grip, whilst the large front and rear shoe offer improved stability. Comes with a chip deflector and high capacity collapsible collection container, dust extraction spout, tungsten carbide tipped reversible blades, parallel fence, torx key, and blade alignment plate. A battery is not included with this product.
