Dulux Walls & Ceilings Matt is a top-quality high opacity emulsion which gives excellent coverage and application. A thick and creamy emulsion paint for use on walls and ceilings which is ideal for a modern flat finish. Dulux Walls & Ceilings Matt is 99.9% VOC Free. 99.9% VOC free paints contain less VOC than traditional paints with a lower impact on the (indoor) air quality.Packaging may slightly differ to that displayed on product page.
