The 12mm Express floor is the perfect floor for extreme levels of use and comes in a variety of modern and contemporary tones. All 12mm Express floors have a four-way bevel on all edges and are suitable for use over underfloor heating. All laminate floors are assigned an AC rating. This represents the laminates resistance to wear on a scale of 1 to 5. The higher the rating the higher the durability. The AC5 rating means it is ideal for residential use with high traffic and commercial use with high traffic. It is quick and easy to install and is dimensionally stable as it does not expand as much as real wood.
