It will colour and protect most types of garden furniture including sheds, fences, arbours, summer houses, trellis, tables and chairs. PREPARATION: The key to a perfect finish is in the preparation, so take your time now, follow these simple steps, and you�ll be rewarded with a gorgeous new look. Start by ensuring any timber to be treated is sound, clean, dry and free from dust, grease, polish or anything else. Treat any mould or lichen with a Fungicidal Wash before removing with a scraper or stiff brush, then treat surface again. Avoid the inhalation of dust. Wear a suitable face mask if creating dust. Any old paint or varnish should be removed. APPLICATION: Now we�re at the fun bit! For best results, stir well before use and keep stirring now and again during use. Apply evenly using a brush, working the paint well into the timber along the grain of the wood. Usually one coat will be sufficient, except on rough or badly cracked timber when you should apply 2 coats allowing 2-4 hours between coats under normal conditions.
