Rosemary is one of the oldest of cultivated plants, and tastes wonderful with roast meats, vegetables, soups and herb breads. It has an invigorating flavour thatÉs essential in any collection of herbs and its show of attractive blue flowers in summer gives it great ornamental value. Best grown in a light, dry soil in a bright and sunny position. Plant 70cm apart. Grows to a height of up to 1m depending on variety.
