The 8mm Oak Valencia Brown can be used throughout the home, bringing a natural and durable look to your homes spaces. All 8mm Express Floors have a four-way bevel on all edges and are suitable for use over underfloor heating. All laminate floors are assigned an AC rating. This represents the laminates resistance to wear on a scale of 1 to 5. the higher the rating the higher the durability. The AC4 rating means it is ideal for residential use with high traffic and commercial use with general traffic.
